Shipping, Exchanges, & Returns for Hardware Annex

1. General Shipping Information
Hardware Annex is committed to getting your architectural hardware to your job site as efficiently as possible.

Carrier Partners: Most orders are dispatched via FedEx or UPS. Please select USPS if you require delivery to a PO Box.

Free Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. for all orders over $149.

Processing Time: Standard orders typically ship within 24 to 48 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Custom Orders: Please note that once a custom hardware order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified due to the specialized nature of the manufacturing process.

2. Expedited Shipping Services
For time-sensitive projects, we offer Next Day Air and Second Day Air options depending on the product selection and destination.

Delivery Timelines: Next Day Air shipments arrive one business day after carrier processing; Second Day Air orders arrive two business days after carrier processing.

Cut-off Time: The same-day shipping cut-off for expedited orders is 2:00 PM ET. This time is subject to change based on manufacturer constraints.

3. Domestic & International Policy
U.S. Shipping: Currently, Hardware Annex ships exclusively within the United States.

International: We do not offer international shipping at this time to ensure the integrity of our domestic lead times and support.

4. Returns & Eligibility
If you are not completely satisfied with your architectural hardware purchase, please review the following requirements for credit eligibility:

Timeline: Returns must be received within 30 days of the original delivery date. Returns received after this window will not be credited.

Condition: To receive credit, items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in 100% sellable condition.

Restocking Fees: Some high-end items carry a restocking fee assessed by the manufacturer or brand. This will be deducted from your final credit.

Exchanges: For project-based exchanges, please contact our support team directly.

5. The RGA Process
To ensure your return is processed correctly and your credit is issued promptly:

RGA Number Required: Do not return any orders without first obtaining a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from our customer service team.

Unauthorized Returns: Shipments sent without an RGA number will not be accepted and may result in a loss of credit.
