• Most orders ship via FedEx or UPS.  Please select USPS if using a PO box.
• We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. for orders over $149.
• Orders normally ship within 24 to 48 hours after they are placed (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
• We cannot cancel or change custom hardware, once the order is processed.

Expedited Shipping Services

• Next Day Air and Second Day Air shipping are available depending on product selection and shipment destination.
• Next Day Air shipments will be delivered one day after they are processed by the carrier, while Second Day Air orders are delivered two days after the carrier processes shipment.
• The cut-off time for expedited orders to ship on the same day is 2:00p ET, and is subject to change without notice.

International Shipments

• Currently, we do not ship international – only within the United States.
• We apologize for any inconvenience.

Returns

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us using the information below.
• To be eligible for credit, items must be returned in their original unopened packaging and be in sellable condition.
• Some items have a restocking fee assessed by the manufacturer/brand.
• Returns received after 30 days will not be credited.
• For exchanges, please contact us.
• Do not return orders without first obtaining an RGA number from customer service.
