Shipping, Returns, & Privacy Policies
Our full, integrated policies will be released when our new e-commerce platform launches on February 1, 2026. The following placeholder policies apply to all manual orders placed during the renovation period:
SHIPPING
We utilize direct manufacturer distribution channels. Shipping times vary by brand (typically 3–5 business days, or 2–4 weeks for custom/plated finishes). We provide tracking information upon shipment.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for standard, uninstalled products. Items must be in original, resalable condition. All returns may be subject to a manufacturer-imposed restocking fee (typically 15–25%). Custom and non-stocked items are non-returnable.
PRIVACY
We only collect information necessary to process your manual orders and respond to quotes. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties, except as required for order fulfillment (e.g., sharing shipping details with manufacturers).
